All items are FINAL SALE but not to worry, we believe in providing exceptional customer service and will always do our best to assist with any issue or concern you may have with a purchased item. 

Sent Damaged or Wrong Item: In the unlikely occasion that sunnies arrive damaged or recieved the wrong item please contact us immediately, no later than 3 days to correct the issue (we will use the date of arrival marked on the tracking by USPS). We are unable to assist after the 3 day period of arrival or if the item has been worn or used. 

PLEASE NOTE: Your fine detailed and mirrored lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks caused by everyday wear and tear. Natural wear and tear does not make them defective. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SAID PRODUCTS. 

CARE TIP: Keep your sunnies in a pouch/case when they're not on your face. Please never let them live loose in your purse or bag. Treat your sunnies how you want to be treated: with lots of kindness, love, and care.
